The commission on ethics was established on MMPoligafoformleniye Packaging, which is a Meyr-Melnhof Packaging enterprise in Leningradskaya region (Russia). The representatives of the local trade union organization entered the commission and are ready to play an important role in it.



“It’s necessary to understand, that it is often difficult for an employee to oppose a manager, even in case of offence from the latter, and the commission should intervene in such cases. The ethics, adopted and implemented in the company, has a crucial importance for the moral climate, as well as for the image of the company, as a civilized one” –says a TU representative in the commission Aleksandr Kozmin.



Let us remind, that the representatives of the local trade union organization of MMPoligafoformleniye Packaging, took part in the Global Conference on the Packaging and Paper converting sector, held by UNI in Berlin on April 20-21, and joined the MMP trade union network.
