In Bangalore, a small workshop for Post Graduate students was held and primarily provided them with information related to Women Rights, Labour Issues and Career Planning. It also had a chance to give them information related to ILO conventions and

the Decision for Life project.



At Villa Marie Girls College in Hyderabad, girl students raised interesting questions to the DFL Campaign Member.

"Does gender bias still exist? If yes, why is it that we find many successful women in the Corporate world?"

"If we face salary disparity in our future workplaces is it ok to find out from HR if this really exists?.... HR people look so approachable…."

"Don't you think ILO kind of topics should be covered in text books?"

"How can DFL help me in finding out if I am getting married to a right person?"

A seed was sown in these young minds for which reaping would surely come later.
