 Our friends from Japan, represented by Bro. Nakata, Director of International Affairs at JPGU seized the opportunity to bring the message of peace by giving a presentation on the history of Nagasaki and reminded us of the disastrous impact that violence and nuclear weapons can bring to the world.

The YOUth participants pledged to play a part to contribute to building a peaceful world now and for the future by putting their names on one of the wings and their nationality on the other wing and finally dropping their personalized paper crane into the peace box.

UNI Apro Youth hopes to collect as many paper cranes as possible to bring the message of peace and carry the hopes for a peaceful and sustainable future for all working families to the 3rd UNI World Congress, Nagasaki 2010.
