Negotiations with Real which is part of Metro Group, started earlier this year and finished before an issued strike warning was realised. That such a good result was achieved by the use of constructive dialogue serves to demonstrate the posivitive development of trade union work in Turkey, which labour law currently is a stumbling stone to its desire to be accepted into the European Union.





Some of the results achieved by Tez-Koop-IS are:



- Wage increse: For the first half of the year  %3, the second half of the year  %3,5.

- Second year the wage increase will be made in the rate of inflation

- %10 increase on food cheques.

- this year there will be no increase in social benefits but the second year the social benefits will be increased in the reate of inflation.





The new collective agreement will be signed in Ankara on 5th August and UNI Commerce congratulates Tez-Koop-IS on a great result, negotiated under very difficult circumstances.
