It is a part of the tradition of social relations of the AXA Group and intends to stabilize or even grow employment in the light of changing business and the international strategy of the AXA Group. The secretariat of the European group will monitor the agreement and its dynamics, in close collaboration with employee representatives and national representative bodies of the AXA Group in Europe.



In accordance with the possibilities offered by the text, internationally structured group entities have already applied (AXA Assistance) or are about to do it (AXA Tech). This agreement shows the vitality of social relations within the AXA Group.



The agreement was signed by UNI Europa Finance and the following trade unions: CFDT, CFE/CGC, CGT, UDPA/UNSA.
