According to information from SINDFORTES, the union representing PROSEGUR workers in the State of Espírito Santo, the company received a visit from a bailiff to verify compliance with the court order to immediately reinstate two union leaders who had been dismissed in a "purely political and unreasonable" manner.

Union sources inform of union busting practices carried out by the company. Apparently it is unfairly firing union leaders with the objective of weakening the local union.
