Visiting Danske Kreds delegation was keen to learn about;Working conditions such as holidays, salary, pension, working hours and job security are of great interest - and also the companies social responsibility towards the employees. They were very interested to hear about the status of unions and the right of employees to organize in unions. And also to hear to what extent collective agreements between unions and employers play a role in India said Karthik Shekar, Thanking UNI for arranging the meeting with the UNITES the only union that represent IT employees in India. |
