"World Peace" painting for Nagasaki Peace Rally from Sri Lanka

 Ono Hideaki and Nishifuji Masaru Executive Committee members of JPGU Kanto Branch visited Sri Lanka to participate at the UNI Apro JPGU Scholarship Award Ceremony. A joint seminar on the theme "Postal Reforms Japanese Experience" for UPTO & NPTWU members and Postal Department officials in the Southeren Province was held at the Postal Training Institute in Galle. JPGU delegation also visited the Trade Union Care Center(TUCC) - UNI Apro JPGU IT & English language center operated in the Postal Complex in Galle.



Madushani Jayathileke student of the TUCC - UNI Apro Tsunami Relief Project in Sri Lanka presented her painting on "WORLD PEACE" to the Japanese delegation to be displayed at the Nagasaki Peace Rally during the UNI World Congress.





A batch of ten students were selected for the 2009/2010 who received their scholarship awards and certificate with the students of 2007/2008 batch at the Scholarship ceremony held at the Grand Oriental Hotel on 29th September 2010
