The Australian union that has been embroiled in a long-standing dispute with TNT has won a significant victory after it secured a groundbreaking settlement.



The agreement between TNT and the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia (TWU), which union members are due to vote on, provides casual and contracted labour with the same pay rates as permanent employees. The union has been involved in a bitter dispute with the company over a new deal as it embarked on a series of strikes over the past few months.
