With this recognition agreement union members now have the framework in place to start negotiating with the company on issues that matter to them.

Steve Hart, Unite Regional Officer, said: "This is a great result for Unite and the employees at Kolorcraft. There is still work to do in recruiting across the site, but we now have the agreements to ensure union members and future members are protected.

"Without the assistance, commitment and doggedness of all our members, the recognition agreement may not have been agreed. Our members now have the framework in place to start negotiating with the company on issues that matter to them. We now look forward to working with the company to benefit all concerned."
