Members of UNI Graphical and the K-C Union Network met with Senior Management Representatives of Kimberly-Clark in Atlanta. Representing the union were Lewis Peacock and Sally Feistel (USW); Tim Elliot (UNITE); Antonio Sanchez (Spain); Amnuay Lemraksa (Thailand); Franklin Angulo (Venezuela); Pedro Flores de Oliveira (Brazil); Mike Heinritz (USA) ,Steve Walsh, (Head of Department UNI G), Marvin Largaespada (UNI – America’s) and Iduigues Ferreira, (SINAP, Brazil).

Kimberly-Clark was represented by Bill Bombardier, Senior Director Labor Relations and HR Vice Presidents, Brian Walker; Ramiro Garces; and Senior Labor Attorney Ross Nova, and Dries Meuleman HR Director.

The parties reviewed progress over the last year and again affirmed their commitment to maintaining a respectful relationship based on proactive sharing of information and finding solutions to issues and opportunities associated with Corporate Social Responsibility and Workplace Rights. Additionally they agreed to set goals and track progress over the next year in the areas of supplier social compliance, regional representation, freedom of association and access, and stakeholder communication. The parties had previously met on five occasions, since July 2008.
