We have the pleasure to invite you to the ICT Forum, which will take place in Prague on 22, 23 and 24 September 2008. The Forum is co-financed by the European Commission.
The theme of the Forum will be "Sustainable ICT outsourcing through information and consultation"

The conference will start on 22 September 2008 at 13.00 and will close on 24 September 2008 at 13:00. Registration will start at 11:30.

Interpretation
During the conference, an active interpretation will be provided in French, English, German, Spanish and Czech. Passive interpretation will also be provided in Italian, Spanish and Swedish.

The cost of a single room is CZK 1’800 breakfast included (approx. EUR 75)
Congress and Sport Hotel Olšanka is a three stars hotel located in an ideal area in a quiet part of the district of Žižkov in Prague. It is easily accessible from main roads by cars as well as by public transport. It is situated in the middle of triangle in Žižkov, between the television tower, the monument of Žižka with a large park nearby and the telecommunications tower. The lunch on 22, 23 and 24 September and the dinner on 23 September will be offered. A cocktail reception will take place in the evening on 22 September after the first conference day.
Participation
Please note that the EU Commission will reimburse the travel and accommodation costs for a maximum of 90 participants coming from the EU member states.
UNI-Europa IBITS and Telecom emphasise the importance of affiliates sending delegation with the greatest possible level of diversity.
Reimbursement
Travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the request for reimbursement and will be carried out applying the following criteria:
- For flight tickets: on the basis of APEX fares,
- When traveling by train: 1st class train ticket will be reimbursed,
- When traveling by car: the equivalent of a first class train ticket (with document proving the price of the train ticket),
- Hotel: a maximum of 2 nights at the Hotel OLŠANKA,
- Journeys have to be carried out in the most economic and shortest way,
- No taxi costs or any other extra costs will be reimbursed.
Upon registration, and in order to organise the reimbursement, the participants have to bring with them the following documents :
- their Expense Claim Form duly filled in and signed. Please note that we will not be able to reimburse your travel costs unless we have all necessary bank information.
- a photocopy of all their flight tickets (even of electronic tickets) with the cost mentioned on it, or with a copy of the invoice from the travel agency,
- the original boarding pass of their first journey, and other original tickets of public transport, if any (unfortunately taxi costs cannot be reimbursed).
We ask you to respect the starting and finishing time of the conference. Please note that reimbursement can only be made for the full participation in the conference. Please note that loss of earnings, daily allowances and insurance cannot be reimbursed.
Insurance Coverage
Please note that UNI-Europa cannot take out insurance for the participants. It is up to the union or the individual participant to conclude insurance. Participation in this conference is at your own risk.
