UNI Europa will contract an external consultant to support the work on a European project. The project is entitled  "The demographic challenge revisited: Innovative measures in the European insurance sector. Following up and updating successful social partner initiatives with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe. (VS/2015/0029)". The project continues the successful work of the insurance sectoral social dialogue committee (ISSDC) on tackling the demographic challenges in the insurance sector. The main tasks of the consultant will be to support the publication of an electronic booklet. This includes working on a questionnaire, selecting and streamlining information on best practice examples, writing meeting reports and finally the design of an electronic booklet. During each stage of the project, the contractor will work in close collaboration with the project coordination group composed of both employers and trade unions.
