Adriana Rosenzvaig, Secretary General of UNI AMERICA´s, echoed the sentiments of UNI Global´s General Secretary, Phillip Jennings, when she said “Our US affiliates worked very hard in this election cycle to make sure that Barack Obama was reelected.



His reelection is a victory for US workers and we at UNI AMERICA´s send our congratulations. We will support our US affiliates in their efforts to move forward policies that better the lives of all working people in the United States.”



UNI America´s US affiliates mobilized their membership to turn out the labor vote for the President by knocking on doors, phone banking and educating their membership on the important issues that face working people.



General Secretary Rosenzvaig further added that the defeat of Ronmey´s corporate greed economic is the first step in ensuring that US workers get their fair share of the pie.
