An extraordinary meeting of UNI Americas Youth, held on the 20 of June 2013, approved a motion to support a national demonstration on 04 July 2013, convened by the National Confederation of Financial Sector Workers - CONTRAF against Bill No. 4330/2004 that aims to regulate outsourcing in Brazil according to corporate criteria.



With the Bill on the Agenda of the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Committee (CCJC in Portuguese) of the House of Representatives, and the possibility of being approved by the committee, there is a clear threat to the rights won by Brazilian workers over years of struggle and mobilization.



Aware of the irreparable impacts that Bill 4330 can cause to Brazilian workers in all sectors, UNI Americas Youth urges all workers in the financial sector to participate in the protest convened in order to express a contrary position to the approval of the draft law.
