ISS will become a leading caterer in Turkey, as well as adding to its cleaning and security business, following 2 acquisitions in Turkey this week.



Catering company Sardunya and cleaning/securitd provider Paksil will increase ISS' revenue in Turkey by 50% and will add 3,000 new employees to the company's books.



Sardunya is the 3rd largest caterer in Turkey, with more than half of its business in Istanbul. With 1,500 employees, the company's primary clients are B2B customers, private hospitals and private schools.



Paksil is the 6th largest provider of cleaning and the 20th largest provider of security in Turkey. Also with 1,500 employees, about two-thirds of the company's work is cleaning and about one-third security. Clients include commercial offices, banks, shopping malls and hotels.
