During Call Centre Action Month, we are putting a spotlight on an initiative of Finnish union TU - the Union for Salaried Employees.



TU-Klubi is an initiative which brings together workers in the same workplace to meet and discuss the issues they face. This is an informal way to encourage people to exercise their voice at work.



Non-union members are free to join in these meetings and members of other unions may also participate. Each local group determines how it will operate, how the work of the group will be divided and so on. TU provides support and advice, such as training or information about the labour market, where it is requested.
