The Trade Union Federation of Insurance and Bank workers is currently protesting together with the trade union movement in Romania against the Government’ s intention of transferring the employers' social contributions to the employees. Besides breaking the European Social Security Code and the European Social Charter ratified in Romania, this measure will also lead the Government to decrease the net income by 20%   for the employees in the private system.
