This year, Walmart’s new CEO Doug McMillon can use his power as the leader of the company to make some long overdue changes.  At his first shareholders meeting, Mr. McMillon can demonstrate his leadership in making Walmart a company that we can be proud of.  He can challenge the Waltons and lead the company in a different and better direction by standing up for workers—including the brave moms who are striking, customers and shareholders.
