UNI Global Union, which represents more than 20 million workers in 900 unions including more than 3 million postal workers in more than 150 countries globally, supports your union and the postal workers who are demanding that Egypt Post immediately apply the pay rise already agreed on and regulate the situation of temporary workers in Egypt Post so they become permanent.



We also support you in your struggle to get rid of corruption in the management of Egypt Post and the Postal Ministry. We join your demand that the Egyptian Government recognise the vital need of a properly functioning and quality postal service and that this cannot be achieved without removing corruption from the system. Further we join your demand to remove highly paid consultants who are not contributing to improving the postal service in Egypt and who are only taking excessive fees and corrupt payments from the system to the detriment of workers being paid their proper wages and receiving their negotiated wage rises.



UNI Post & Logistics Global Union supports you and the brave workers taking strike action and sit in action at Egypt Post to rid the Post of corruption and start delivering a quality postal service to the Egyptian citizens.
