Solidarnosc launched a survey into the working conditions of the supermarkets and hypermarkets in Poland, and they found the following issues:



1. They receive very low wages for their hard work.

2. The bosses of the trading networks are not interested in a dialogue with an average worker what could have some impact on working out some methods as how to improve their working conditions.

3. They are ill-treated by their direct supervisors who do not respect their elementary and working rights.

4. Shop managers do not take care of their safety at work.

5. Because the duty hours schedule is not prepared in advance, the workers have no possibility to plan their time of work.
