Prosegur - the Spanish multi national company who have sacked 321 workers in Paraguay - have set up a Complaints Procedure on their web site. If you click here, this will bring you to a page headed `Canal des Denuncias`. Please note - this page is not available on the English web site the only option is to use the Spanish langauage site.



We are urging all affiliates to please use this procedure to compalin about the actions of the Company and support the sacked workers! The site makes claims about how the company is socially responsible and abides by the principles of Human Rights and working with Trade Unions. We ask you, as an act of solidarity to complain through this web site. Complain about their dismissal of the workers, their refusal to negotiate with the workers union and their breach of ILO Conventions.



Please let us know if you have complained and what response you have received and we will make sure that the workers know what the company said to you.
