Seminar on workers' health - 26 June, Geneva



UNI Global Union is supporting a seminar organised by Public Service International – the global union federation of 600 public sector trade unions in 150 countries - on workers' health in Geneva on 26 June 2012.



The seminar will focus on practical strategies and campaigning experiences around the “Right to Work and Right to Health: Workers with Physical and Mental Disabilities”. Speakers include representatives from trade unions, the World Health Organisation and the International Labour Organisation.



The Symposium Series is jointly organized by the NGO Forum for Health, an organization of 30 international health NGOs, and PSI. It will be held at the ILO headquarters in Geneva.



In order to participate in the event, all interested affiliates must complete a registration form and will need to fund their own participation as UNI cannot assist with this.
