In January UNI MEI, FIM, FIA and EFJ organised a seminar in the framework of a European project on work-life balance in the audiovisual and live performance sectors (see news article of 22 January for more details). Following the discussions in the seminar, a joint recommendation has been finalised and adopted. The recommendation gives suggestions and practical ideas to both trade union organisations and employers on how to improve work-life balance. During the project a research on 8 selected countries was also conducted. This research as well as the recommendation can be found below in attachment.
