In light of the announced RBC (Bahamas) decision that it would be merging four of its branches with four others, the Bahamas Financial Services Union (BFSU) has released a statement in which it urges employees to join the union in order to have better representation and to stand together.

Theresa Mortimer, President of the BFSU, says the union has been receiving an increased number of RBC staff inquiries after having received the letter from the Bank.
