More than 130 people attended the event, attracted by the proposal of holding a tripartite dialogue on the industry.



Representatives of different companies, the government, and the union movement participated in the Forum. All agreed on the need to make a joint effort to review existing laws and improve working conditions.



Representatives from Brazil, Switzerland and the United States contributed their experiences to expand the horizon of discussion.

But again we have to regret the absence of Prosegur, who also did not attend the Social Dialogue Forum organized by UNI and the Vice Presidency of the Republic of Colombia in 2011.



Prosegur once more showed its lack of interest in dialogue, which has repeatedly been requested by UNI. Research conducted on the company reveals that its operations in the region are far from respecting the ethical principles it proclaims. Prosegur must sit down and discuss this issue with UNI; otherwise these problems will only get worse.



Unfortunately, in Colombia they were absent once again.
