Professionals and Managers need to achieve more with less stress
The Liaison Council of UNI affiliates in Côte d'Ivoire launched this October 14, 2013 in Abidjan, the Work Life Management Campaign
16 Professionals and Managers from four different unions attended the meeting during which the Work Life Management campaign was officially launched.
In addition to the campaign materials which were circulated, Professionals and Managers shared their opinion on how they manage the work-life balance within their respective companies. Based on a brainstorming, Professionals and Managers have adopted a statement which is as follows:
" Professionals and mangers , aware of the major role they play in companies , and convinced that the Work-lie balance is very important for their performance and the results they are achieving in companies, are committed to be involved in the Work-life management campaign ; they resolved to use the campaign as a tool for recruiting Professionals and Managers as well as engineers. They have decided to integrate in collective bargaining a disposal related to promoting of working conditions with less stress ".
