UNI Global Union General Secretary, Philip Jennings,  in the New York Times today says world leaders from Barack Obama to the Pope are waking up to the reality that inequality and jobs are the number one issue in the recovery and business must change its behaviour.

"We need to revisit some of the old struggles," he said, "We need to rediscover collective bargaining".

“Here in Davos,” Mr. Jennings said, “we do actually have a seat at the table, and they have to listen to us. At least once a year.”
