After successfully organising Utusan Media Sales (UMES) in 2014, our Malaysian affiliate National Union of Newspapers Workers (NUNW) has now successfully concluded the first Collective Agreement between UMES and NUNW on 12th November 2015.

The agreement provides for an 8% wage increase across the board besides other benefits.
