Workers hired through labour brokers are striking in the South African Post Office for permanent employment. Some of these employees have worked for more than 10 years under labour brokers without any benefits.



They went on strike after the company converted only 300 employees.



The Communication Workers Union will continue its fight for a total ban of the use of labour brokers.



UNI Post & Logistics encourages affiliates to send out notes of solidarity to the workers.
