Javier Carles is the new Head of Department for UNI Graphical & Packaging since 1st March 2016.
 
Javier originally worked in the Graphical industry in Uruguay where he was member of the Graphical Workers Union and held various positions up to National Organising Secretary. 

He joined UNI Americas in 2011 as a Communications Coordinator and  then became the ICTS and P&L Regional Director in 2013.  Javier joined us here in Nyon as the Senior Coordinator for ICTS in 2014.

Andy Snoddy, the current Head of Department, will assume his role as UNI SCORE Organising Director on a full-time basis
