As a result, substantial progress was made, such as the implementation and expansion of supportive systems to balance work hours with childcare, elderly care and medical treatment, together with the implementation of a flexible work-style scheme, which includes telework and so on.
The unified agenda was focused on promoting a system to support work life balance and all unions actively participated in this year’s spring offensive negotiations with this focus.
LIU will aim to further improve member satisfaction through work and life, and will continue its efforts to create a better working environment for all members. Let’s all continue working together!
