As a follow-up of the joint statement “The future of the European Print Industry – In our hands“, adopted at the joint UNI Europa Graphical and Intergraf European Conference in Brussels, on 23 November 2010, a high level group composed of members of Intergraf and UNI Europa Graphical, met in Brussels on 18th March 2011, in order to draft an agenda of suitable topics for a European Social dialogue. At this meeting, a recommendation was adopted (Please find it attached). In its recommendation, the high level group recognises the necessity of continuing the existing social dialogue and identify a number of issues/activities for such dialogue. The high level group recommends to the boards of Intergraf and UNI Europa to discuss the statement included in the recommendation and to submit it for formal adoption at the next General Assemblies of both organisations, that will take place end of May for Intergraf and beginning of June for UNI Europa Graphical.
