The attached report is a direct effect of the "Stop the Boss" campaign that was launched last year as part of UNI's Service Center action month.



Action kits had been distributed to workers and the union joint forces with an NGO to increase its reach.



The campaign took center stage and caught the imagination of an entire nation by coming in the front page of national dailys about a year back.



The subsequent campaign, awareness programmes, interaction with Nasscom and other Government agencies has led to Government taking the first steps to prevent the "Burn out stress syndrome" which is effecting the Indian Youth.



As mentioned in the report UNITES will be part of the team that will draft the policy.
