The Global Employment Trends 2009 annual report made an assesment of the impact of the financial crisis and slowdown in world economic growth on jobs and what we could expect from several possible scenarios for the way the situation might evolve in the year ahead based on recent information gathered for this purpose. The International Labour Organization's Employment Trends Team has also published a report called Global Employment Trends for Women 2009 in March. This report focuses on the impact of the financial crisis on women, and updates indicators on the situation of women in labour markets around the world.
