In addition to a tour of the factory the delegation ( which also included the HoD Steve Walsh, also met with the Company and discussed the major issues that are confronting the printing industry.



Employment levels at Hansaprint are approximately 450 which are significantly down on the 1000+ that were employed during the 2005-2007 period. Loss of contracts such as the Nokia phone manuals and the telephone directories to other companies in Poland had a serious impact on Hansaprint.



Since then the company has continued to diversify and is increasing its digital print capacity and communications solutions.
