The SE Regional Industrial Committee consists of 3 former branches of the GPMU, the South of England, Kent and the S.E. Branches.



The meetings are held in the Marx Memorial Library building.



The Committee is proactive in representing members on the various committees within UNITE and regularly reports back to the full meetings.



On the national Industrial Committee there is a representative from graphical, paper and the electronic media which makes it truly representational.



Co Chairs of the SE Regional Industrial Committee are Dave Lovelidge and Gary Seager, officers are Steve Attwill, Paul Baker and Tim Elliot.

During this meeting they were addressed by Tony Burke, the Assistant General Secretary of the GPM sector of Unite, Jon Geenan, the Vice-President of the United Steel Workers and Steve Walsh, Head of Department, UNI Graphical.
