The survey puts the following ver.di demands to a vote:

• interrupting set sales targets for the year
• reviewing performance related pay systems
• no further variablisation of pay
• no permanent changing of sales strategies
• stop to indecent practices of sales controlling
• customer orientated advice instead of selling like crazy
• financial products that are understood by bank employee and customer
