BAP has 1,852 corporate members representing 80% of all temporary employment agencies in Germany. It accounts for more than half of all temporary employees in the country.



According to Volker Enkerts, the president of BAP, "As the legal successor to BZA and AMP, BAP will take on the collective bargaining agreements negotiated by the two previous associations."



The new organisation will be a member of Ciett and Eurociett.
