Postal innovation is at the intersection of electronic services and traditional postal services.

As UNI refines its vision of the New World of Work to be presented at the December Congress, we introduce a new section of UNI Post & Logistics' website (with most of the content available in French, Spanish, German and Swedish) that aims to inform, raise awareness and share knowledge about the new postal businesses that are being created, and both the positive experiences and challenges that come with them.

The ability to create viable services that leverage on the wide postal network, rapidly evolving technology, trained staff and the trust of the public is the key for future jobs in post.

E-postal services are growing and can generally be classified in four areas:

E-post
E-finance
E-commerce
E-government

We have started to collect and post affiliates' experiences and comments as well as baseline studies by international bodies and national institutions. 

Each news piece on our website which points to these new developments that should be positive for jobs will be stamped with the "Future Jobs in Post" logo.
