The Executive Committee mandated the Regional Secretary to set up a working group with a view to make a proposal to improve gender balance in UNI europa decision making bodies.

After the working group meeting an initial proposal was submitted to the Management Committee, which welcomed it. The proposal is currently under review and will then be put forward at the Executive Committee meeting in beginning of June.
