ver.di is organising a workshop in cooperation with UNI europa in support of European works council members mainly in private security industry. Key objective is the improvement of networking between unions and employees involved in works councils activities across Europe. The network shall serve as basis for international cooperation and coordination, effective strategy building and future campaigns.



ver.di is receiving social dialogue funding from the European Commission for a serious of activities. The start-up conference took place from 15-17 April 2009 in Berlin, Germany.



The second workshop will take place from 18 to 20 May 2009 in Gdansk, Poland.
