The freedom of association, including the right to organise, is a core provision in UNI Property Services Global Agreements, including our agreement with Securitas. In spite of this important core labour guarantee, Securitas workers in the US and Canada, in Boston, Boulder, Cincinnati, Denver, Halifax, Indianapolis, Portland, Sacramento and San Jose—every city SEIU is currently organising in, are being pressured by Securitas managers to reject the union.
