UNI Europa Property Services affiliates at its General Assembly in Rome on November 6 adopted the following statement which they sent to Compass Italy, protesting the company's decision to implement over 800 redundancies to elevate company profits. FILCAMS is challenging the company's failure to follow the "rule of law" in implementing these layoffs and declares its intent to engage in a series of protests over this decision.
