The President of the STPC (“Postal Workers’ Union of Colombia”), Dora Lilia Gomez Mendez, took the opportunity to honour the commitments made by their union at the UNI Post & Logistics World Conference to hand over the Resolutions and Letters denouncing the use of lie detectors by DHL.



On 9^th September, accompanied by her fellow Trade Unionists, Dora formally handed over documents to the German embassy and also took the opportunity to raise the awareness of the less shiny side of DHL’s operations by displaying posters and drawing a lot of interest from passers-by.

The day was successfully concluded with a visit to the DHL Express & Logistics premises, where organising material was distributed. The information has had an impact and it is understood that DHL’s security managers are worried about the information contained in it.
