AXA's chairman, Henri de Castries, reasserted the importance of transparency and dialogue with the group's employees.



He said that he has asked all managers not to delay communication about the crisis and AXA's situation with employees, that social dialogue and discussion with employees' representatives must be continued and that the human factor and team mobilisation are seen as key elements to weather the crisis.
