A Tripartite Settlement has been signed between the All India Bank of Baroda Employees' Federation, the Management of Bank of Baroda and the Regional Labour Commissioner, Mumbai.

As per the terms of the tripartite settlement, wage revision arrears of the 9th Bipartite Settlement w.e.f. 01-11-2007 will be paid to the eligible regularised employee within 45 days of the settlement. 

The 9th Bipartite Settlement was signed in 27 April 2010 which revised the pay scales of clerks and sub staffs. Following the AIBOBEF settlement which elevated many part time employees to full time positions on January 2014, the recently regularised employees will now be eligible to receive the wage revision arrears according to the 9th Bipartite Settlement.
