The parties involved in collective bargaining on wages in the Norwegian Post reached an agreement, seven hours after deadline and thus the strike was avoided.

- "We are satisfied and have secured an increase in the real wages for our members and other improvements", says Postkoms’s President Odd Christian Øverland.
