The new agreement, that expires at the end 2018, maintains the national negotiation and had included social aspects of labor relations. An important achievement in this area was the incentives to contract young workers, including a common fund that incorporated contributions from top manager salaries.

 The unions and the ABI – the Italian Bank Federation agreed to discuss the work life balance, through thematic meetings that will start 30 days after the signature of the agreement.

The salaries will be increased in 85 euros in the next 3 years and the agreement cover 309 thousands workers in Finance Industry in Italy.

Finally the parts agreed to increase the work to implement the protocol on Sustainable Sales and Advise, reinforcing the needs for better training of the workers, as well as to raise awareness on this matter.
