After negotiations failed between the Danish trade union Prosa and the IT company CSC almost all members returned back to work. Some have been well received, but some haven't to say the least. A group of 22 members were expelled during the conflict and CSC doesn't want them back. They were expelled because they refused to train strikebreakers, although the Labour Court ruled that the request to train strikebreakers by the company was unconstitutional.

In addition, it also means that customers, including public entities continue to be seriously affected after the conflict ended.
